GE Starr always welcomes feedback and as a supplier to the automotive sector we often receive quality performance ratings from our customers.
We have recently been notified by one of our biggest customers that GE Starr ranks as their number 1 supplier for 2013 in terms of quality with a rating of 5 PPM over 12 months within a limit of 450 PPM. Our customer praises us by saying "Please pass on our thanks and gratitude to your workforce for all their hard work and support in achieving this position during 2013 and here's to an even more successful 2014."
We are delighted at this result but not surprised, as everyone at GE Starr has worked incredibly hard to achieve zero defects. Our workforce know these results not only help secure their jobs and the company's business for the future but allows us to approach potential new customers with honesty and confidence in our quality performance.
