Building a manufacturing legacy.
Giving back is part of who we are. Our CSR programme is inspired by our own experiences — and by the belief that our success should create opportunities for the next generation of engineers.
Partnership and collaboration.
Our culture is created by our people. Long-standing customer relationships and impeccable employee retention are the result of a successful business run on clear core values and principles.

Thought leaders. Idea drivers. Problem solvers.
We strive to deliver precision, quality and innovation in everything we do. We nurture talent and revel in new ideas. We are essentially our customers' problem solvers, and believe that our success requires us to give something back and build a manufacturing legacy for future engineers.
Our CSR programme is inspired by our own experiences.
Identifying talent and protecting our Black Country manufacturing heritage.
Young people into engineering
We support local initiatives and charities that focus on young people and careers in engineering.
The Way Youth Zone & Theo's MakerSpace
Our partnership with The Way Youth Zone in Wolverhampton supports Theo's MakerSpace — introducing young people to manufacturing, with the potential for apprenticeships and work experience.
School visits
We visit local schools to capture young imaginations and show what a career in modern manufacturing can look like.
We care and invest in our people. We take nothing for granted.
Men United
Local mental-health charity Men United comes into our workplace every week, offering one-to-one sessions with a mental-health therapist, plus group meditation and mindfulness with a Buddhist practitioner.
Black Country Mental Health Charity
We support the Black Country Mental Health Charity, including sponsoring a racing event at Dunstall Park to raise awareness and funds.
We give back through direct experience and empathy.
Fast Response
Our CEO's own direct and traumatic experience of the volunteers' work led to our sponsorship of Fast Response, helping to raise awareness and funds.
Air Ambulance & Bloodbike
Our CEO volunteers as a helicopter pilot for emergency operations across the Midlands, and delivers blood to local hospitals as a blood biker.
