Laser welding is one of the most exciting capabilities in our workshop — and one that very few UK subcontract manufacturers can offer. A tightly focused beam delivers exactly the heat the joint needs and no more, so thin and visible parts stay flat, true and clean.
Low heat input means minimal distortion and little or no dressing afterwards, which makes it ideal for cosmetic stainless and aluminium work, thin-gauge assemblies and repeat batches where every seam must match the last.
Combined with our laser cutting, forming and finishing, it lets us take precision parts from flat sheet to a finished, welded assembly entirely under one roof.
