Following our recent TS16949 (automotive) and ISO9001 (general quality) combined annual quality audit, we are delighted to achieve yet another positive inspection with no demerits or recommendations.

Our auditor in his summary says:

“This was GE Starr’s recertification audit. Over the last audit cycle, the company have consistently demonstrated good controls over their quality management system. Performance against internal KPI’s and customer metrics is excellent. No conformities were identified this audit. This is a clear reflection on how well processes are managed.”

Over the last 12 months we have continued to improve our systems with a view to extending them to encompass ISO18001 (Health and Safety) in the coming year. Our auditor particularly noted our achievements in updating our alert system, training, production control system and our technical knowledge which we use to support our customers. We are extremely pleased to have such a positive outcome once again.

GE Starr always welcomes feedback and as a supplier to the automotive sector we often receive quality performance ratings from our customers.

Our customer praises us by saying "Please pass on our thanks and gratitude to your workforce for all their hard work and support in achieving this position during 2013 and here's to an even more successful 2014."
